Please review our updated policies to help us provide a smooth and respectful experience for all clients: Late Arrivals We allow 15 minutes of lateness anything beyond this timeframe, your appointment may be rescheduled. Please reach out to us immediately if you are running late. We value your time and schedule our sessions carefully to avoid overlaps. Session Expiration All packages must be completed within 8 weeks of your first session. Unused sessions expire after that time. No Show / Same-Day Cancellation Fee – $50 We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours in advance No-shows, will incur a $50 fee, which must be paid before booking again. No Refunds We do not offer refunds on deposits, full payments, or store items. Results May Vary Results depend on your body, lifestyle, and how well you follow the aftercare instructions. You may need more sessions than originally suggested. We’ll guide you on what works best. No Transfers or Downgrades Services, deposits, and packages cannot be transferred to other people or used for different services. You can add to your package but not downgrade after booking.
